Overall, my experience at the Grand Pequot Hotel was disappointing. The rooms showed signs of aging and poor maintenance, and I couldn't get a smoke-free room despite my early booking. The service was particularly lacking, as my family faced a frustrating interaction with the spa supervisor regarding pool hours. While the location is convenient for accessing various attractions, the value for money just wasn't there, given the issues we encountered during our stay.
